What is your Check in & Check out time?
The Check in & Check out time at DRH Regency is 12 noon. If you arrive at the hotel early, our Front desk will assist you in checking in early if there is any availability.

What happens in case of early or late departures?
Once checked in, if you decide to check out early, there may be an Early Departure Fee.
Late Check Outs are at the discretion of the Front Desk on the day of check out. Guest Services will be happy to hold luggage after check out.

What deposits are required during check in?
At Check in, a Photo-Id is required. An authorization amount on a per day basis will be made so that charges to the suite can be made and the phone turned on for external calling.

If I was to call back later to confirm a reservation, will the rates change?
Rates at DRH Regency are partially based on arrival and departure date as well as length of stay. Once a reservation has been made, your rates are confirmed. If you decide to make any change to your reservation later which alters the arrival or departure date, the rates are subject to change based on availability.

What are your charges for an additional guest?
All rates at DRH Regency are based on single or double occupancy. For any additional guest over the age of 12, a fee of Rs.500 per person is charged.

How do you quote your rates, or what do you base your rates upon?
Rates at DRH Regency are based on room availability and subject to change. When applicable, room rates will be quoted as a nightly rate based on your arrival and departure dates. Changes in the arrival or departure date may result in a rate change.

If room reservation is done over the phone or over the website, are your rates the same?
Rates at DRH Regency are the same whether booked over the phone or via internet. Rates are based on room availability and subject to change. We recommend that you sign up for our e-mail promotions list so that you are included in our distribution of special promotions.

What happens if e-mail confirmation is not received?
E-mail confirmation is processed within 24 hours after initially making your reservation at DRH Regency. If you do not receive the same after 24 hours, check your junk mail box and spam filter. If you still did not receive your e-mail confirmation, you will just need your confirmation number to check-in. if you would still like an e-mail confirmation, please contact DRH Regency 079 27682777
